GENERAL
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE YOUR COMMISSION REQUEST.
I HAVE THE RIGHT TO PUBLISH YOUR COMMISSION ONLINE FOR MY PORTFOLIO UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.
IN THE SITUATION WHERE YOU DO OBTAIN THE SKETCH OR LINEART, YOU MAY NOT PROFIT FROM THE SKETCH OR LINEART VIA TRACING OR USING ANY SECTION AS A YCH (YOUR CHARACTER HERE) TEMPLATE. I reserve the right to modify and use any rejected sketches at a later date.
IF YOU GO AGAINST THE TOS, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO BLACKLIST YOU AND INFORM OTHER ARTISTS
CREDIT AND COPYRIGHT
You are allowed to post the commission, or use it as an icon. Credits must always be given to my Instagram/Twitter.
DO NOT CLAIM MY ART AS YOUR OWN OR ALTERING THE ARTWORK WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
You are not permitted to use/post any commission piece you haven't paid for.
DO NOT REPRODUCE FOR PROFIT (NFTS, TRACING, RESELLING, MERCH, AI) OR USED COMMERCIALLY UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THE COMMERCIAL USE FEE.
Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner. The commercial fee is +100% which includes promotional artwork, game illustration, virtual youtuber graphics. The merch fee is 200% (anything you'd want monetize)
I cannot claim the intellectual property or reuse/resell the image for personal or commercial projects.
COMMISSION PROCESS
ONCE I APPROVE YOUR COMMISSION REQUEST I WILL INFORM YOU VIA YOUR SOCIALS.
FULL PAYMENT AFTER SKETCH IS APPROVED AND I WILL SEND YOU THE PAYMENT DETAILS.
IF THE PAYMENT HASN'T BEEN DONE IN 72 HOURS WITH NO FURTHER INFO FROM YOU I HAVE THE RIGHTS TO CANCEL YOUR COMMISSION.
IF THE COMMISSIONER WANTS TO CANCEL A COMMISSION, THEY MUST DO SO BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER THE SKETCH IS APPROVED.
MAJOR CHANGES ARE ALLOWED ONLY AT SKETCH PHASE. MAXIMUM REVISION IS 5 TIMES. REVISION AFTER IT AND MAJOR REVISION AFTER SKETCH IS APPROVED WILL REQUIRE A $2 FEE PER REVISION. WILL NOT BE CHARGED IF IT'S ME MISSING SMALL DETAILS.
THE FINAL RESULTS WILL BE SENT IN PNG FORMAT THROUGH EMAIL.

If payment hasn't been received within 72 hours with no further information from you, I have the right to cancel the commission.
